About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Security Engineer with hands-on experience in operational technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of OT security solutions, be able to manage and maintain security appliances, and work collaboratively with various manufacturing sites to ensure optimal visibility and security.
 

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of security appliances, including ordering, installation, and decommissioning.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to understand requirements and ensure proper installation and configuration of security appliances.
• Enhance visibility into OT data, identify necessary actions, and work with the network team to address any gaps. Optimize end-to-end processes to achieve comprehensive OT data visibility.
• Troubleshoot security appliances and handle the replacement of faulty hardware.
• Configure security appliances across multiple sites to ensure full visibility into OT data. Provide hands-on support for device configuration and optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring OT data. Ensure data is effectively sent back to sites for monitoring and action.
• Understand the overall deployment model for security solutions in OT environments. Perform regular maintenance and support to optimize performance and visibility.

Required skills and qualifications:

• • Proven experience in managing and configuring OT security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of OT environments and the specific security needs of manufacturing sites.
  • Hands-on experience with appliance lifecycle management, from installation to decommissioning.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards for OT data monitoring.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• • Familiarity with network security and visibility tools.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Certification in OT security or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple countries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies such as those used in industrial control systems.
  • Ability to define and lead processes and to enforce procedures and policies.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English./li>
