Why did you win MSSP of the Year?

Utilising only best-of-breed technologies, such as IBM QRadar SIEM and IBM Watson for Cybersecurity, our client satisfaction score is very high and our client retention rate is 100%. Smarttech247 has also introduced a unique managed security delivery model with a pay-per-month structure. This offers our clients the latest security technologies and a managed service package with no up-front costs.

We are the only and first company in Europe to implement IBM Watson for Cybersecurity in our Irish security operations centre. This is a significant competitive advantage in the market, as our direct competition does not offer cognitive security services.
